Luz Maria Jaramillo, (Professional Name MIAJARA) is an EArtNet Permanent Artist. She has an extensive Art career. Her former studies in Architecture have shaped her career in fashion designs with a very unique view of structures, colors, natural fibers and ecologically sustained materials.
She has built beautiful summer homes in her native country of Colombia. Her professional career has been highlighted by more than 30 years of works with big designer brands like Prada and Marni in Milan, Italy. Her special interest in helping artisans in Colombia has been a key factor in her winning an honorary award in 2019 of "The Exemplary Citizen", a Colombian prize given to citizens dedicated to improve the opportunities of Colombians.

When luz Maria is not designing fashion and being the Artistic Director of the "Zalone del Mueble" for Marni, an Italian designer brand, she designs homes or paints. Although Luz Maria seldom paints, when she does her work is full of personality and color. She likes being free of topics and traditional schemas and it shows on her Art.
