"After a period of recess from painting women I turned back to them to reconnect with my emotions. This series is about us; women who are fragile but strong, living in our mix of reality and dreams, and struggling to find our paths"
"This series builds on portraying women where their cultural identity is very strong in the context of the beauty of their natural environment. These are women from indigenous communities, such as the Wayuu in La Guajira, which I visited crossing the desert in a remote area of Colombia"
"An appreciation of the fragility and strength of flowers in Manhattan struggling to be reborn after a difficult season. The flowers reappear from the dark ground, inspiring us with their resilience and beauty despite their surroundings"
"A series of paintings inspired by the complex process of cluster analysis used in the manipulation of big quantities of data. Allowing unexpected patterns to emerge leads to new creative insights about possibilities for reinventing ourselves by letting our inner nature talk to us"
